Elixir Brewin’ at Home!
2 TBS Cacao Bliss
2 Cups (16oz) water or milk
1 tsp healthy fat (coconut oil, butter or ghee)
Combine ingredients in a saucepot on the stove top and simmer for 5-20 minutes.
Whisk regularly and be careful not to overheat the elixir, it will bubble over if you do!!
Let cool and enjoy!

Winter Warming Tea
A simple blend of ginger, lemon juice, cloves, black pepper & turmeric–herbs commonly found at your local market. Still delicious without turmeric if you can’t find it!
Simmer all 5 ingredients in a few cups of water for 10-20 minutes for a nurturing, warming tea with a delightful spicy note.
Ginger is warming while turmeric is fabulous for your joints & inflammation. Black pepper is key since it makes the compounds in turmeric more bioavailable.
High vitamin C in the lemon is perfect to keep winter colds at bay.
Cloves (an aphrodisiac), ginger & black pepper are all digestive aids. A winning & warming blend!
